Michaela Dew

As the President of Enactus OC, Michaela draws on three years of mentorship and experience to guide the team to new heights. She is excited to give back and be part of her team’s personal journeys this year. Seeing the personal and professional growth that comes from the team’s hard work is what she finds most rewarding. Outside of leading the team, Michaela enjoys spending time with her cat Phoebe.

    As Vice-President of Enactus OC, Chelsey brings valuable team management skills to this leadership role. Having Co-Founded the 3x award winning project Paper Trail last year, she is excited to mentor students in the creation of new projects.

    As a third-year BBA student specializing in Marketing, Mackenzie is excited to apply her skills to promote Enactus OC and highlight the impactful work the team is doing. Outside of school, Mackenzie enjoys staying busy and embracing new challenges through sports.

    Sara is in her fourth year of the Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Communications. Sara is excited to put on memorable events for the team this year, utilizing her experience in the hospitality industry. She believes Enactus is far more than a club. It is a place that sparks real growth and relationships that stick with you.

    As Project Manager and Co-Founder of Paper Trail, Luke has helped build this project from the ground up. Driven to expand its reach, he has taken meaningful steps to connect with entrepreneurs across the world. In his free time, Luke enjoys chess.

    Jalen Davies

    In his role as Paper Trail Project Manager, Jalen has been a key contributor to the research and development process. He is always looking for new ways to make the production process more efficient. Outside of school, Jalen enjoys staying active through baseball, skiing and volleyball.

    Lei Lei is in her second year of the BBA Management program and is excited to take her Enactus involvement to new heights.     Devin Rubadeau

    Devin Rubadeau is a long-time business faculty member at Okanagan College and the Faculty Advisor for Enactus OC. With over 35 years of experience in coaching, leadership, and strategic planning, Devin brings a deep passion for experiential learning and community impact to his work with students. He has helped guide teams to success at national and international competitions, supporting innovative projects that promote sustainability, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility. Devin is dedicated to empowering students to turn creative ideas into meaningful change that strengthens both local and global communities.

    Mark Ziebarth

    Mark has been teaching in the Okanagan College School of Business since 2012, leading courses in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Marketing Research and Consumer Behaviour.  He continues his involvement in the private sector as an owner and investor in a number of technology and marketing ventures.

  • Ed Pye

    Edward Pye is a Professor of Business at Okanagan College teaching classes in Marketing and Management. He has been teaching all around the world for more than 20 years while also running a series of e-commerce companies and his own graphic design company. He is lending his business skills to Enactus as a faculty advisor.

  • Robert Ryan

    As an experienced financial executive with 25+ years across financial services, wood products, and property development, having led teams as Controller, CFO, and CEO— I bring a decision-focused, real-world lens into every course. I continue to advise entrepreneurial property development ventures, which keep my teaching grounded in current market realities.

    My work and course development interests sit at the intersection of value creation and ethics, design thinking in business, and behavioural finance—areas that directly connect to today’s challenges in business education.

    Outside of work, I’m happiest with family, always learning, and actively engaged in the community.
