    In his role as Paper Trail Project Manager, Jalen has been a key contributor to the research and development process. He is always looking for new ways to make the production process more efficient. Outside of school, Jalen enjoys staying active through baseball, skiing and volleyball.

    Lei Lei is in her second year of the BBA Management program and is excited to take her Enactus involvement to new heights. She brings strong team-building skills and is dedicated to expanding the team’s impact on the Penticton campus. In her free time, Lei Lei loves to bake, so you will likely catch her carrying a bucket of cookies.

    Devin Rubadeau is a long-time business faculty member at Okanagan College and the Faculty Advisor for Enactus OC. With over 35 years of experience in coaching, leadership, and strategic planning, Devin brings a deep passion for experiential learning and community impact to his work with students. He has helped guide teams to success at national and international competitions, supporting innovative projects that promote sustainability, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility. Devin is dedicated to empowering students to turn creative ideas into meaningful change that strengthens both local and global communities.

    Mark has been teaching in the Okanagan College School of Business since 2012, leading courses in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Marketing Research and Consumer Behaviour.  He continues his involvement in the private sector as an owner and investor in a number of technology and marketing ventures.

    Edward Pye is a Professor of Business at Okanagan College teaching classes in Marketing and Management. He has been teaching all around the world for more than 20 years while also running a series of e-commerce companies and his own graphic design company. He is lending his business skills to Enactus as a faculty advisor.

    As an experienced financial executive with 25+ years across financial services, wood products, and property development, having led teams as Controller, CFO, and CEO— I bring a decision-focused, real-world lens into every course. I continue to advise entrepreneurial property development ventures, which keep my teaching grounded in current market realities.

    My work and course development interests sit at the intersection of value creation and ethics, design thinking in business, and behavioural finance—areas that directly connect to today’s challenges in business education.

    Outside of work, I’m happiest with family, always learning, and actively engaged in the community.

    Professor Todd Gillick is a finance and entrepreneurship scholar-practitioner with extensive experience in financial services and business development. At Okanagan College, he teaches courses in finance, entrepreneurial strategy, and management, integrating applied industry expertise with academic rigor to enhance student learning and professional preparedness.

    As a Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter, Professor Gillick brings subject-matter expertise in retirement planning, estate planning, risk management, and small business strategy. His professional background informs his teaching, mentorship, and curriculum development, emphasizing experiential learning, ethical decision-making, and leadership development.

    In his role as Faculty Advisor to Enactus Canada, he supports student-led entrepreneurial initiatives that promote social innovation and community impact. His academic and professional work reflects a commitment to applied research, student mentorship, and the advancement of financial literacy and entrepreneurial competence.
